To whom it may concern:
Let me cut off niceties and get on to the problem.
My experience tonight in the LRT made me feel so enraged I was ready to push all the people around me onto the railroad track. Can someone please explain to me how the
fuck a simple five-minute train ride turned into forty minutes? I arrived at the LRT station at 9 PM, the train arrived at around 9.35. The ride between EDSA and Vito Cruz is a little over five minutes. I get a fifteen-minute wait. Fucking hell, I
get twenty minutes. But thirty-five? Seriously? Are fucking kidding me? Can someone please
explain to me how that works?
I wanted to avoid the undisciplined, careless jeepneys and their uncouth drivers because I needed to get home quickly. I chose to ride the LRT because I thought it would be quicker and more efficient. Apparently, I was wrong. So, fucking dead wrong.
Why do you make passengers wait for an eternity before you let a train arrive? What the fuck are your reasons? And don’t give me that shitty excuse that your trains are broken—there was an empty train that passed us by during that thirty-minute wait. The LRT closes at, what, 10 PM and you just let your passengers wait (for thirty-five minutes) so that you’d have less trains to worry about by ten PM? What the fuck is wrong with you people? No, seriously. What the
FUCK is wrong?
There aren’t any strings of profanity I know that can perfectly describe my anger and frustration.
Sincerely,
