I happen to think it is one of the best shows that has ever aired. I've seen it all the way through twice and I'm rewatching Reed's seasons now. I think if you like procedurals and grittyness at all you'll love it, pretty or no pretty. The best comparison I can make is a Tarantino film; there's lots of verbose conversations and death and if you tried to describe most of the dialogue it would seem random and nonsensical yet within the confines of the show is perfectly relevant. Though you know for the pretty I prefer season 6 'cause his hair is short.

These are so awesome! Tell me how I'm supposed to pick between them? It's just not possible! I have to say though, I love love love love love #1. It just says so much. The glass of brandy (or is whiskey?), the hand reaching out for it, her hand on her hip. LOVE IT!
